Khloe Kardashian’s rep confirmed the news via Twitter, writing: “We are able to confirm that True will have a sibling. He was conceived in November.”
“Khloe is extremely grateful to the remarkable surrogate who gave her such a beautiful blessing.
“We’d like to ask for your kindness and privacy so that Khloe can focus on her family.”
