This emoji-themed brain teaser will ask you to solve an equation by using the solutions to three equations already solved for you.

This is a simple algebra problem, but it’s much more complicated than it seems.
This puzzle has been shared on TikTok several times and is currently being used by user “goby”. @puzzlegame21.
Four emoji-based equations are displayed to viewers, of which three have been solved.
The first shows that the total number of taco emojis is 60.
The second shows that the sum of three salad emoticons is 30.
The final step is to add three cucumber emojis to each other to make 24.
The fourth equation is not solved for you – you’ve got to figure out the answer within 20 seconds to prove your mental prowess.
It asks you to combine the value of each emoji – which you can figure out using the previous equations – to get the solution.
The following is the puzzle: “[taco emoji] + [cucumber emoji] x [salad emoji]”.
Is it possible to solve the equation? This equation is difficult for two reasons.
First of all, the other equations can be added only. This makes it easy to assume that the final puzzle can also be added.
This would be 38. The taco’s value, the salad’s and the cucumber’s are 20 each. However, this is wrong.
It also contains a multiplication symbol, making things even more complicated.
The Answer is 100. To get there, add the taco (20), to the value salad (10) multiplied with the cucumber value (8).
You’ll have 20 + (10 x 8) or 20 x 80 = 100.
The comments revealed confusion among viewers about whether the answer was 100 or 280.
This equation can also be referred to as (20 + 10 x 8. You now have 30 x 8 = 282.
Multiplication must be performed before addition, regardless of which option appears first in reading left to right.
This means that the equation reads 20 + 10 x 8, leaving 100 as the correct answer.
