Inside Zach Wilson and Dax Milne’s friendship amid Abbey Gile rumours

Zach Wilson’s former girlfriend Abbey Gile is reportedly dating his fellow NFL player and former college teammate Dax Milne.

Wilson is a quarterback and is with the New York Jets, while Dax plays for the Washington Commanders as a wide receiver.

We take a look at recent reports and the friendship that existed between the two NFL players who played together at Brigham Young University.

Inside Zach Wilson and Dax Milne’s friendship

Zach and Dax’s friendship goes back to their childhood and they have known each other since they were eight years old.

Zach and Dax were both children and played on opposing football and basketball teams.

Dax speaks about how they became best friends. The Salt Lake TribuneInterview from a previous interview “I just respected him because of how much of a competitor he was. And then, you know how it is, once you start being on the same team, you start kind of growing a brotherhood. And then a friendship grew.”

Their friendship lasted into adulthood when they both joined NFL and attended the same university.

They were partners

When they began playing college football at Brigham Young University, Zach and Dax met again in professional circles. The two of them spent three years together at college as roommates and teammates.

Zach also reported that he attempted to persuade Dax, along with another friend, to leave BYU in order to explore other options.

“I was trying to get them to decommit,”Zach said. “I was like ‘you don’t want to go to BYU. That’s not where you guys want to be’.”

Dax also revealed that Zach never expected to join BYU. “Never in a million years would I have thought that in a couple of years he’d be my quarterback, throwing passes at BYU. But it happened.

The two BYU teammates reunited at the Marriott Center in February 2022 to watch the basketball game between BYU and Gonzaga.

What we know about Abbey Gile

Social media attention turned on Zach and Dax’s friendship after reports that Dax is dating Zach’s ex Abbey Gile.

Abbey currently studies at Utah Valley University in Orem and is part of the university’s dance troupe.

“Word on the street,”Dax captioned the post that featured Abbey and him in two different snaps taken at the beach.

The first image shows them hugging as Dax turns his back to the camera, while the second shows them holding hands and a beautiful sunset in front.

Abbey had a large following on Instagram, but it seems that her account has been removed since the time she wrote this article.
