“Beauty and aging advice from your local 31-year-old. These things have changed my entire life,” In TikTok Lux was born. Video.

“Number one, applying oil to your body every single night before you go to bed about an hour before, and dry brush when you can,” Her advice was appreciated.

“Number Two is [to] Sleep on your back. You can’t sleep on your back if you do not. This will cause wrinkles to appear all over your face and make your bone structure more uneven.

“Trust me you don’t want that.”

Although her next tip was difficult, it was actually quite easy.

“Number three – sunscreen is good, but staying out of the sun is better.”

Lux’s next priority was a particular diet.

“Number Four is [eating] There are many foods high in fat and water.

“So obviously you know, nuts, seeds, avocados, but do not forget about celery, cucumbers, melon.”

Lux lastly suggested something else that could calm you down.

“Number five is to breathe slowly through your nose whenever you can, it’s gonna help reduce stress, it’s gonna help your body regenerate, [and] it’s gonna make you feel so much better.”
