Her biggest bargain was the £20 return flights with Ryanair

One of her Latest videosShe spent two days in Spain with a friend.

She said: “How we spent less than £150 on EVERYTHING on a trip to Magaluf instead of a night out in Manchester.”

She explained in the video comments: “We arrived at 10am and left 10pm the following day – so a good two days of sun.”

Her flights were £20 return with Ryanair from East Midlands, and their hotel was £40 each a night, where they stayed for one night.

When there, she revealed how she spent so little, paying just £15 for breakfast and £25 for dinner and a cocktail, although she said this could have been even cheaper if on a budget.

Some of the remaining costs were even split by the mum, such as:

  • £12 bus fare to and from the airport
  • £6.50 bottle of duty-free vodka
  • £9 lunch of beer, chips and chicken wrap
  • £4 snacks of energy drinks and crisps
  • £6 sun bed and umbrella

This all works out to £137.50 each for the two-night holiday.

She commented: “This could’ve been so much more affordable, but we were a bit boujee about the hotel choice and some of the meals.

People were amazed at how inexpensive the video was and watched it more than 2 million times.

One person said: “People going on literal holidays abroad for less than some domestic return train tickets.”

Others took their money-saving trips together: “I did Bristol to Majorca in March 2022 for £15.99 each way , £6 transfer and £209 all inclusive.”

Not everyone was convinced, however – someone wrote: “All that hassle at the airports with security etc for 1 night, not for me I’m afraid.”

Another bargain hunter revealed how she finds £10 flights to go on holiday.

And one traveller said she often bags £30 flights to go away every weekend, saving hundreds.

Or you could opt for a £99 holiday – here is how they work.
