Ramsay’s recipe calls on Romano cheese with Pepperberry and Asiago cheese, thick slices from country bread, kimchi, and thick slices of country cheese. The mix also includes standard butter, olive oils, and salt. I went to my local supermarket. FoodtownTo see if I could locate the more expensive ingredients.
I needed to buy a few other options. Foodtown had only soft, pre-sliced country bread. I decided to get the next best thing, a freshly baked loaf ciabatta bread. It looked almost identical to Ramsay’s shape and hard crust.

I would have loved to have had the same blocks as Ramsay’s Asiago and Romano cheeses, so I purchased pre-packaged. You can substitute Romano with Pepperberry for the pink peppercorns in this recipe.
