He died Friday according to the post. “Long Live Sad Frosty”Three photos were shared by and include one showing the rapper standing among flowers, another showing him in a bathrobe and one showing him performing.
Although insider could not confirm his name or the cause of his death, November 2019 Tweet he said“sad frostys real name is Sam Hernandez.”
Since the announcement of his death, there have been no further posts on his Instagram account.
Insider reached out to Sad Frosty’s Management Team but they did not immediately reply.
The rapper, who Newsweekreported was from Houston, Texas, had over 40 million Spotify streams and 63,000 TikTok followers. He also enjoyed YouTube’s popularity, with almost 100,000 subscribers. His playful music videos had over 9,000,000 views.
Insider reached out to the Harris County Institute of Forensic Sciences and Houston Police Department for clarification on Tuesday.
TikTok was where he uploaded comedy clips as well as behind-the-scenes footage from him filming music videos.
