Another Life is a Netflix Original sci-fi series by creator Aaron Martin. The series famously stars Battlestar Galactica actress Katee Sackhoff along with Hellboy actress Selma Blair.
The series is about Commander Niko (Sackhoff), who leads an astronaut team into space to search for intelligent life. Their mission is to find the origin of an alien artifact, a mysterious and massive object that has appeared on Earth. The crew of the Salvare is in great danger while on this mission. It appears to be a one-way journey.

Despite its mixed reviews, the Netflix series Another Life has been renewed for Season 2. The announcement was made by Netflix on October 14th and then confirmed by Katee Sackhoff via Twitter: Season 2 Another Life is finally coming 🚀👽 October 14th ❤️
After many delays, Season 2 of Another Life was able to continue filming in late 2020. Following the release of the official trailer, we’re happy to report that the second season will debut on Thursday, October 14, 2021.
What can we expect from Another Life Season 2?
The first season left many questions unanswered, which we hope Season 2 will answer. We know from the first season that the Achaia have a hostile agenda and are determined to destroy or enslave the human race. The intentions of the aliens are only known by the Salvare, a trusted crew.
Crew saved the Zakir from the alien artifact that was ruining their planet. As their new allies fell, the crew had to sit by in horror. It will likely be a race against the clock for the Salvare’s return to Earth. A top issue is that Earthlings believe the Achaians to be peaceful. Our heroes know better.
Another question that remains is about the new A.I. William accidentally created. It is peaceful or does it want to kill the Salvare crew? So many questions, and luckily so little time before Season 2 of Another Life drops on Netflix. You can watch the trailer for Season 2, here.
