Glastonbury: Kendrick and Paul McCartney to Headline

Paul McCartney and Kendrick Lamar are among the artists taking top billing during this year’s Glastonbury Festival.

The legendary English festival, which has been cancelled in the past two years because of the Covid-19 pandemic is set to take place at Worthy Farm, Somerset, June 22-26. McCartney will headline Saturday’s Pyramid Stage while Lamar will be performing on Sunday. Billie Eilish (headlining) and Diana Ross (single) were other top-billed acts revealed in the first lineup announcement. According to festival officials, more headliners will be announced in the future.

The concert will feature confessional singer-songwriters Mitski & Phoebe Bridgers as well as pop icons Olivia Rodrigo & Lorde and megan thee Stallion. There are also indie darlings Bigthief & Arlo Parks and punk outfits Amyl ‘n Sniffers ‘t Turnstile. A host of legacy music industry icons, including Rufus Wainwright, Pet Shop Boys, and Herbie Hancock. Check out the full lineup below.
