General Hospital Spoilers – He’s Not Her Jason Morgan Replacement
Drew was clear with Carly early on, as they were getting to know each other better, that he wasn’t going to be her Jason Morgan replacement (Steve Burton). Drew and his twin had finally formed a bond, and they got to know each other better in the tunnels beneath Cassadine Island. He then tragically died in a tunnel collapse. Carly was obviously devastated to discover that her best friend since childhood, Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell), was actually dead.
Carly had to learn to manage her own life It’s all over again thanks to JAson was always there to help her in her times of crisis and keep her sane. Gradually she began to adjust to Drew’s loss. Drew got to know Drew better, and they started to get closer.
GH Spoilers – Romance Could Be Blooming, Or Not
Romance could be blooming between the two, or perhaps it might not – Carly knows that she’s keeping a secret and told Drew a lie. If it ever came out that she knew Willow Tait’s (Katelyn MacMullen) birth mother is Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) the lie would break them up anyway. Drew is open-minded and honest. Any relationship with him requires honesty and openness. They are becoming closer and more attracted to one another. They are still learning new things about each others, some of which they may not like.
General Hospital Spoilers – It Takes Time To Really Know Someone
Drew and Carly both understand that it takes time and effort to get to know someone. Carly knows that one thing that would break them is her keeping secrets and telling lies; but she’s been keeping the secret about Willow’s birth mother for the greater good. Drew’s secrets for the most part are even secrets to him, although gradually he has remembered some of his past pre-memory transfer bit by bit.
He remembers a lot of Jason’s past too, because of his residual memories from being implanted. That is one thing that makes Carly feel close to Jason as well as to Drew, although she’s constantly reminded he’s Drew.
