Eva Longoria, George Lopez to Headline ‘Alexander and the Terrible, Horrible, No Good, Very Bad Day’ at Disney+

Eva Longoria is set to be the star of the Latino-centric. “Alexander and the Terrible, Horrible, No Good, Very Bad Day,” adaptation of the best-selling children’s book by Judith Viorst at Disney+, according to an individual with knowledge of the project.

“Alexander and the Terrible, Horrible, No Good, Very Bad Day” is being produced by Shawn Levy’s 21 Laps and The Jim Henson Company. Emily Morris is the executive producers. Blanca Lista manages the project at The Jim Henson Company.

Longoria will play the role Alexander’s mother, a travel writer who has lost her passion for work. Lopez is playing a tough biker and the family’s grandfather.

Longoria has just wrapped “Flamin’ Hot,”Searchlight is expected to release the book in 2023.
