Emma Watson Addresses Emma Roberts Photo Mix Up—UPDATE

WEDNESDAY UPDATEEmma Watson was delighted to see a photo of Emma Roberts as she in the HBO Max special Harry Potter 20th Anniversary: Hogwarts Returns. She shared Roberts’ picture via Instagram Wednesday with a cheeky caption.

“I was NOT this cute, @emmaroberts 😂 #emmasistersforever,”She captioned Roberts’ image.

MONDAY:HBO Max has released an updated version of Harry Potter 20th Anniversary: Hogwarts ReturnsAfter the original drop, it was discovered that there were editing mistakes. Inadvertently, a photo of Emma Roberts as a child was used. It was mistakenly labeled Emma Watson. Oliver Phelps was mistakenly identified as his identical twin brother James.

“Well spotted Harry Potter fans! You brought an editing mistake of a mislabeled photograph to our attention. New version is up now,”Producers made the following statement about the Emma flub. Oliver posted an Instagram photo of the incorrectly identified Phelps swap.

“I guess after all those pranks over the years somebody decided to get their revenge 🤨🤣🤷🤪 It was fantastic to be part of the HP reunion,”Phelps, along with his brother, played the trickters George (Oliver), Fred (James), Weasley. Phelps captioned a screenshot showing the error.

Tom Felton was their costar, and he played Draco Malfoy, the Slytherin star in the film Harry PotterFilms jokingly claimed responsibility for the hijinx in comments.

“It was my doing,”He also wrote the emojis that showed a snake (Slytherin), being greater than a lion (“Gryffindor”)

Matthew Lewis was also a costar. “This is legit hilarious. Dude. Wtf? Haha.”

It is unclear how Roberts’s photo as a kid ended up in this special. The Nancy DrewStar, who posts pictures of her younger days on Instagram, shared the photo of herself wearing Mickey Mouse ears.
