A new trailer for writer/director Rian Johnson’s acclaimed “Knives Out”Continuation “Glass Onion”He pulls back the curtains ever-so-slightly to reveal the new mystery.
Edward Norton plays a billionaire who gathers his friends (and Daniel Craig’s Benoit Blanc) in Greece for a murder mystery game of his own, and in this new trailer we watch as he predicts his own murder to his companions. He tasks his friends with solving the mystery of the killer before it’s too late.
The group includes Kate Hudson and Janelle Monae, Kathryn Hahn as well as Leslie Odom Jr., Jessica Henwick, Dave Bautista, Madelyn Cline, and Leslie Odom Jr.
“Knives Out 2”It had its world premiere at 2022 Toronto International Film Festival, where it received a rapturous reaction (it currently sits 91% Fresh on Rotten Tomatoes).
The film is also receiving an unprecedented theatrical release from Netflix over Thanksgiving week — for one week only, it’ll be playing in most major theater chains starting Nov. 23. Then it’ll be streaming on Netflix on Dec. 23, just in time for Christmas.
