Donald Trump now outranks Chuck Norris at Taekwondo despite never having practiced

According to reports, Kukkiwon President Lee Dongseop presented Donald Trump with a ninth-dan black belt. This is the highest honor a professional martial artist can receive. The belt was presented by Lee to Trump. Kukkiwon’s facebook page. These photos were taken at Trump’s Mar-a-Lago estate, West Palm Beach. Lee shared the photos with Dong-A-Ilbo Korean news outlet, despite Trump not showing off any of his moves. “I heard that Donald Trump is highly interested in Taekwondo,”Per the New York Post. Trump also said, “It is my pleasure and honor to receive this honorary certificate. Taekwondo is a great martial art for protecting oneself in these times (when COVID-19 prevails).”

Chuck Norris has not yet commented on the matter. He reportedly holds only an eighth-degree Taekwondo dark belt. But then again, the legendary martial arts advocate, and big-screen star, did urge his fans back in 2016 to vote in Trump’s favor in an opinion piece he wrote. NJ.com. After a viral photo of a man who looked like him, Trump was forced to deny that his presence was at the January 6th Riots. Perhaps Trump could invite Norris along to show off his moves and to stay with him during his winter vacation.
