TV star Dog The Bounty Hunter has joined the hunt for Brian Laundrie and vows that he will find him.
Police in the US are searching for Laundrie after his fiancé Gabby Petito’s body was found in Grand Teton National Park on Sunday September 19.
An arrest warrant has been issued for the 23-year-old over the “use of unauthorised devices”, with the indictment saying that Laundrie used a debit card and PIN number for accounts that did not belong to him.
So far there has been no trace of him, but according to reports former bail bondsman Dog has now waded in.
The bounty hunter – who found fame on hit TV show Dog The Bounty Hunter – was spotted knocking on the door of the home Laundrie shared with his parents in North Port, Florida.
The star, who was dressed in his trademark black, knocked a couple of times but nobody answered the door and after a few minutes he walked away.
“I will find him,” he told DailyMail.com. “I’m chasing several leads. We’ve got a lot of leads. I can’t tell you more but we are getting leads every ten minutes.”
Dog, 68, has also said that a lot of people had suggested that he help out with the search for Laundrie.
“We had a lot of requests that I get in on this,” he told FOX News. “This is what I do for a living, for 45 years.”
The star was already in Florida as he is honeymooning with his new wife Francie Frane.
His previous wife Beth, who appeared on his television show with him, died in 2019 after a battle with cancer.
The reality star – whose real name is Duane Chapman – was married four times before Beth and he has fathered 13 children.
Laundrie’s family have claimed that he left for a hike and never returned. He is considered a “person of interest” in the case.
