Chris Cuomo had been fired by CNN because he was accused of being loyal to Andrew Cuomo’s brother. However, he was back on primetime on October 3, 2022 but on a new channel.

The channel has a smaller audience to CNN than CNN but is banking on the award-winning host for viewers.

His schedule for his CUOMO premiere show on October 3, 2022 indicated that his guests were Dan Rather, Bill Maher, and Bill Maher.

He plans to host guests during the rest of the week including Stephen A. Smith and Andrew Yang, Whoopi Goldberg and Dr Anothony Fuci.

“But we also understood the unique position he was placed in and his need to prioritize family and work.

“However, these documents point out a greater involvement in his brother’s efforts than we previously thought.

“As a result, we have suspended Chris indefinitely, pending further evaluation.”

CNN issued a statement regarding the messages Monday, November 29, 2021. It stated: “The thousands upon pages of transcripts and exhibits released today by NY Attorney General merit a thorough examination and consideration.

“We will be having conversations and seeking additional clarity about their significance as they relate to CNN over the next several days.”

Cuomo did no comment on the story during Monday’s show, November 29th 2021.

Cuomo previously refused to mention Andrew’s scandal of sexual harassment on his CNN show, after returning from a brief break.

Chris apologized in May 2021 after it emerged that he had offered advice to Andrew’s aides as the governor faced sexual harassment accusations.

After that, the host pledged not to discuss his brother’s scandal, but CNN kept him on the air, disturbing some colleagues who considered his role a glaring conflict of interest.

Cuomo added that the situation involving the governor’s scandal was “unlike anything I could have imagined.”

He said on Prime Time: “I’m not an adviser; I’m a brother. I wasn’t in control of anything. I was there for listening and to offer my thoughts.

“And my advice to my brother was simple and consistent: own what you did, tell people what you’ll do to be better, be contrite, and, finally, accept that it doesn’t matter what you intended. What matters is how your actions and words were perceived.”

Cuomo also denied that Andrew was involved in the attempts to end the growing scandal.

The former CNN host said: “I never attacked nor encouraged anyone to attack any woman who came forward.

“I never made calls to the press about my brother’s situation. I never influenced or attempted to control CNN’s coverage of my family.”

He stated that he would not comment further. “This will be my final word on it,”Before cutting to the commercial, the host said.
