The documentary showcased the house where the sisters spent most of their childhood. Their home was The Laines in East Sussex. This was their primary residence. Annabel and Bowles often stayed at Hall Place with the grandparents.

The current owner Michael Langdon gave the couple a tour of the estate when they returned to it for the documentary. Despite the duchess’s objections, “I could find my way around here with my eyes shut!”

Hall Place was loved by the entire family, but no one could take it on after the passing of their grandparents. “There was a discussion as to whether any of us could take on the house but it was too big,”Annabel explained. “We felt so sad about it going out of the family.”

Bowles also added “We loved being there. It was our holiday, really. I do love the place.” Fans of the royals enjoyed seeing Bowles return to a location from her past—and loved hearing that the duchess had a wicked streak growing up!
