New documents lodged by the 39-year-old singer confirm she hopes to replace Jamie Spears as her legal guardian.

Britney’s new legal team made the application on Friday.
Judge Brenda Penny will rule on Wednesday in a move which would give the star 50 per cent control of her life for the first time in 13 years.
But experts connected to the case say that the judge is likely to insist on stringent medical assessments before agreeing to the request.
Jamie, 69, took over Britney’s business affairs in 2008.
He may challenge her claim that she is capable of running them alone.
In earlier papers, he said that she suffered severe mental health woes and addiction issues that were hidden from fans for over a decade.
His testimony also claims that he “saved” her from “disaster”.
Ms Montgomery has been in charge of Britney’s medical and personal needs since 2019.
Meanwhile, in documentary Controlling Britney Spears, shown in the US on Friday, the star’s ex-security manager Alex Vlasov claimed the conservators constantly checked her texts, calls and browser history.
Mr Vlasov said: “They openly talked about monitoring her. Her phone and private conversations were used so often to control her.
“I know for a fact that Jamie would confront Britney and say, ‘Hey, why did you text this person?’.
“It didn’t feel like she was being treated like a human being.”
