As previously indicated, fans won’t see Big Brother’s live eviction on Thursday at its usual time. Here’s the latest on when the episode will air and how this might be a rough week for people who love the live feeds.
Big Brother 24’s First Eviction: When?
Big Brother’s live eviction was originally scheduled to air on Thursday, July 21 at 9:00 p.m. ET. The CBS has now scheduled the episode for Sunday, July 24, at 8:00 pm. ET for the two-hour episode. The eviction episode, HOH competition, as well as the nominations will all be available to viewers in one evening. Unfortunately, there’s one part of this that’s a real bummer if you’re someone who watches live feeds, or just someone who follows spoiler updates online.
Live Feed Viewers May Have Reason to Be Concerned
TVLineIt was reported that the eviction episode would be unavailable. However, as of Wednesday afternoon, Houseguests appear to believe that the eviction will occur at the regular time on Thursday. This may be bad news for live feed viewers. Big BrotherIn these situations, to prevent spoilers, has shut down the feeds.
Assuming Big BrotherThe live feeds will be shut down Paramount+ subscribersThe house will be closed from Thursday afternoon, and access may not be available until Monday morning at EST. It is difficult to miss this time, and it could lead to live feeders not receiving a lot of game information for Week 3.
In case you are not aware, Big BrotherThe HOH competition is usually filmed on Thursday, followed by the nominations and then the veto competition on Saturday. It’s also during that portion that the HOH does 90% of their game talk and decides who they want to send home.
Live feed viewers don’t get to see the actual ceremonies and competitions on the feeds but almost always find out what happened when the feeds come back up afterward. With the latest news, we likely won’t get to see the unfiltered events of the week and rely on the edited-down episode for context.
Unfortunately, Big BrotherIt is not always possible to include all of those moments that fans want. Maybe if we’re lucky, the live feeds will run throughout the next few days despite the spoilers that may follow. It feels highly unlikely, considering the eviction episode will not be live, but we’ll see!
