Some housemates, however, are so difficult to recognize that even the most keen-eyed fans might have trouble identifying them.

Isabelle Warburton (26), was the 2017 winner of this week’s Beauty Week. She stunned her fans by revealing her plump lips from cosmetic surgery.

The former housemate, a mother-of-2 who owns a Warrington beauty shop, isn’t alone in looking completely different to Big Brother.

James ‘Kenzie’ MacKenzie
At 19, Kenzie was the show’s youngest ever contestant when he entered Celebrity Big Brother in 2005.
The Blazin’ Squad rapper was most memorable for giving model Caprice a massage and throwing a strop when he was forced to wear a Humpty Dumpty suit in a dressing up game.
Fans love the fact that Bez, a fan favorite, was a thin teenager when he left the house and has been working out since.
He is now making a name for himself as an international DJ.

Glyn Wise

Glyn was also a young contestant. He was just 18 years old when he entered the house.
The former lifeguard was ranked second on the show and then went on to travel the globe, teaching for four years in South East Asia before finding God.
He revealed earlier this year that he was training to be a minister in Wales.
Glyn joked that his clean-shaven youth is over, claiming that his hair has gone from his head down to his face. “and on my back for some reason. I don’t want it there”.
Anthony Hutton

Anthony Hutton, a 23-year-old baby-faced man who appeared on the show in 2005, was the winner.
He won after having a long, steamy romp in the hot-tub with Makosi Muambasi.
Anthony is now 40 and has his own Durham barbershop.
A recent appearance on This Morning showed him looking a lot more mature than the callow young man he was in TV’s days. He wore a huge mop and had a well-maintained beard.
Charley Uchea

Charley was a household name following her fiery clashes at Big Brother in 2007.
Her bust-ups in Chanelle Hayes’s arms and her great one-liners etched her into the hearts of BB fans all over the world.
She also appeared on various TV shows such as 8 Out of 10 Cats (Friday Night Project), and The Weakest Link after she left the house.
The former lap-dancer is now 37 and posts regular photos of herself on Instagram. She shows off her amazing figure in bikinis, slinky dresses and other clothes.
Bex Shiner

Rebecca ‘Bex’Shiner was a nurse when Shiner entered the house in 2008. She stayed 51 days.
She was in a relationship with Luke Marsden, her housemate on the show, but they broke up shortly after.
Bex, now 35, ditched nursing in favour of making money through sexy images online, originally appearing on Babestation before cashing in on OnlyFans, claiming she makes £12k a month.
She also plans to be a spokesperson of sex workers, according to the Central Recorder. “I want equal rights for sex workers and to tell people that we are human and we can go and do other things and make something of ourselves even if it is outside the industry.”
Jason Cowan

Jason Cowan stunned the nation in 2004 when he entered Big Brother’s house wearing only a small leopard print Speedo and a bow tie.
The Hamilton, South Lanarkshire-based former air steward was second in the fifth series. Nadia Almada won out.
He began to travel and became a personal trainer in Scotland. He was later cleared of any charges of sexual assault in 2011.
The 48-year-old has lost the trademark blonde locks and animal prints – but he still has the muscles.

Nadia was the first transgender person to appear on Big Brother in 2004, and emerged the winner with £63,500 prize money.
Although viewers were aware, she kept her transgender identity secret from other contestants.
In 2010, she returned to The Ultimate Big Brother, but was unable to get along with Josie Gibson or Coolio.
Nadia, a Portuguese-born stylist, trained as a Sassoon hairdresser. She now works in London as a stylist.
