Avengers could be doomed by the arrival of the X-Men to the MCU

Marvel finally began talking about mutants in their MCU. We expect Deadpool (Ryan Reynolds), to make an appearance in the MCU. But Marvel hasn’t announced any live-action X-Men projects or revealed when the Avengers and the mutants will meet up.

However, the X-Men’s arrival is inevitable. Even if it takes several years for the first MCU X-Men movies to drop, there’s no question that they’re coming. And given the state of the MCU, the X-Men’s imminent arrival might spoil a major Avengers development.

In the movie, there are mutants from an alternate universe. Finally, we have the X-Men in the Avengers’ primary reality, but they have yet to reveal themselves.

Marvel should tell us where the X-Men are located

Mutants have not appeared in any Avengers movies so far because Marvel didn’t have the film rights to the characters. Disney solved that problem by acquiring 20th Century Fox, but that doesn’t make Marvel’s job any easier. Marvel will have to provide a compelling explanation for why mutants aren’t in the MCU.

To that end, it’ll be interesting to see how Deadpool makes his way to the MCU. We expect Deadpool 3You’ve seen it in theaters before Avengers 5And 6So he can be part of the future team.

Marvel could also be facing a logistical problem. Fox may not be able use some of the beloved X-Men because of existing contracts. AvengersAdventures before the actor deals expire. That should occur in 2025.

Marvel now has time to address its X-Men-related Avengers problems. And that’s the spoiler hiding in plain sight that I was alluding to.

Aside from introducing new superheroes and their backstories, the MCU Phase 4 also insisted on an Avengers detail that you can’t ignore. Regular mortals love the Avengers. That will need to change, however, before the X-Men arrive.

People are eager to pose with Hulk (Mark Ruffalo). Endgame. Wong (Benedict Wong), a great superhero, is what people know. Shang-Chi.

In HawkeyeThey create musicals that focus on Steve Rogers and are dedicated to The Avengers. And The Falcon and Winter SoldierThis is a tribute to Captain America, which shows that the world supports its heroes.

People are still cosplaying on the streets, and they hold Avengers conventions. Ms. Marvel. Regular humans also know many details about the Avengers, their big fight against Thanos (Josh Branolin). It’s not just Ms. MarvelThis conveys this message.

Even the Eternals admire the Avengers.

Finally, Ant Man (Paul Rudd), a superhero, is interviewed about being an Avengers. Again, Ms. MarvelThis is very evident.

Even the first She-HulkEpisode tells us how much the Avengers are loved. That is the glorious part! She-HulkCredits scene is a wonderful testament to this.

How can the X-Men become a problem to the Avengers? At some point, mutants will be hated by the entire world. That’s a huge X-Men theme and something Marvel will want to use in its own mutants adventures.

The inevitable problem of super-powered people will be exacerbated. These problems will only get worse. She-HulkThey will likely explore this. Public opinion could change as more people become empowered.

Big spoiler for X-Men: The downfall and defeat of the Avengers

As more people view X-Men with suspicion, approval ratings could drop. At that point, those who hate superheroes will not care that they’re called Avengers, Thunderbolts, or X-Men. They’ll hate all of them indiscriminately.

With that in mind, it’ll take some sort of huge event for a large number of people to start questioning the need for superheroes. Or their legality.

That’s the big X-Men-related spoiler for upcoming Avengers movies. So the Avengers are to be blamed, something terrible must occur in the MCU. Marvel can still tell the familiar X-Men stories, with Magneto fighting Professor X.

Some MCU enthusiasts might argue that not everyone likes the Avengers. We’ve seen the seeds for that in The Falcon and Winter Soldier. Even Far from HomeAnd No Way HomeWe discovered that not everyone condones everything super heroes do.

But overall, the MCU Phase 4’s message has been that the Avengers are immensely popular. That sentiment can’t persist for Marvel to develop X-Men stories.

Also, let’s not forget that Marvel still has to deal with the Sokovia Accords at some point in the future. After all, No Way HomeAnd Ms. Marveltold us that the world’s governments are looking to police super-powered individuals. It’s only a matter of time until regular humans will have to revisit the accords.
