This quiz will help you determine your drink risk and compare it to other people in the UK.

You must first visit the DrinkwareWebsite and begin the quiz to find out if there are days when you can drink without restrictions.

Your age, sex, and postal code will be asked.

Experts will need to know your gender because the risk of alcohol harm depends on biological sex. The tool calculates risk thresholds for men and women.

Next, you’ll need to answer a question about how often you consume alcoholic beverages, including whether it is every week, twice per month, once a fortnight, or not at all.

We will ask you which days of your week you drink and, on average how many of each, how many.

The next question asks how often you drink certain amounts booze, such as a 330ml glass of beer, a pint, cider or beer, or a medium-sized glass of wine, or a single amount of a spirit.

Once you answer all the questions, you will receive a breakdown on your drinking habits.

Even though you may not think it’s excessive, having several pints on Friday and Saturday nights could lead to an increased warning about binging.
