There hasn’t been a traditional season of South ParkSince 2019, there was an hour-long special episode about the pandemic in September 2020. A follow-up was in March 2021. Two-part special episode in September 2020 was released. The second part was published late last year. South ParkMovie Post CovidParamount Plus premiered it. It was part a $900 million deal which will keep the show going. South ParkThey will be on air for at least 30 seasons in 2027. Paramount Plus will also be featuring 14 movies made for streaming.
“We did a South Park movie in 1999, and we’ve never done another one because the show has been so satisfying,” South Park‘s Matt Stone told Bloomberg last year. “Now we’re older, and the idea of what streaming movies can be is pretty promising.”
