Alec Baldwin and Hilaria Baldwin looked exhausted when they were seen out with their family for the first time since Hilaria gave her seventh child. Hilaria was wearing baggy sweats and a t-shirt. Alec carried water and held hands with Rafael.
They were seen in New York City after Hilaria posted a video welcoming baby Ilaria Catalina, and amid reports that Alec could face criminal charges in connection to his role in the fatal shooting incident of Halyna Hutchins, a cinematographer, during filming of “Rust.”
New Mexico Prosecutors now believe that as many as four people could be criminally charged, Alec Baldwin included. If necessary, the District Attorney’s Office has requested more money to prosecute cases. “charges are warranted,”If there are any prosecutions, it could require up to four separate jury trials.
“One of the possible defendants is well known movie actor Alec Baldwin,” reads the DA’s request obtained by Inside Edition.
The case could lead to criminal charges, including gun law violations and homicide.
Baldwin claims that he was informed the gun had blanks. He also claimed that he did NOT pull the trigger when Hutchins was inadvertently shot to death.
Baldwin shared images of his children and spoke Monday about his struggles.
“My heart has been broken a thousand times this past year. And things in my life may never be the same. Lots of changes coming. But my family has kept me alive. They are my reason for living,”He posted photos of his children to Instagram. “And Hilaria Baldwin, too.”
