HER delayed Las Vegas shows finally launched to triumphant reviews this weekend — but ADELE’s hotly anticipated residency hasn’t been plain sailing.

Friday’s A-lister took the Caesars Palace stage, where she performed a sold out show of hits to huge applause.

After a dispute over suites, she chose to leave the luxury venue and head up the famous strip for her stay at The Wynn.

Sources say the pad she was offered at Caesars wasn’t as good as many of those being handed out to high rollers — so she quickly shifted herself and her entourage to the nearby alternative.

One insider claimed: “It’s a snub in many ways but she’s a superstar who can kind of do whatever she wants.”

She is expected to now live in a private villa at Wynn, which is a favorite with A-listers in the town, and commute from her gigs in Caesars.

Yesterday was also announced that two more dates would be available.

Adele’s shows had been due to start in January but were cancelled hours before the first night, with the singer tearfully telling fans she “just wasn’t ready”Production issues.

But she finally emerged in Sin City last weekend — admitting nerves were dominating her mindset.

She said: “I’m so nervous and I’m so scared and I’m so happy. You might feel a little unsure at times, as my nerves are out-of-control.

“It’s a bloody massive week for me this week.”

On Thursday night, she posted online that she was feeling better. “never been more nervous before a show”.

On stage to an audience of 4,000, which included her son Angelo, she said: “Thank you so much for coming back to me.

“It looks just like I imagined it would.”

Adele stated that the gig was a success amid standing ovations prior and after her show. “just perfect”.

Judging by early reviews, she wasn’t wrong.
