Recap Of The Previous Season Of The TLC Series
The last episode of Season 9 of7 Little Johnstonswas titled “Liz Leaves The Nest.” The synopsis of the episode reads: “Elizabeth is the first Johnston child to move out into her own house. Anna hopes to be close behind, but she may not have convinced her parents that she’s responsible enough.”
As those who follow the family on Instagram know, Anna has since followed behind her sister and moved out as well. Trent and Amber are extremely proud of their children’s willingness to leave the nest and spread their wings. The parents, however, catch a lot of heat from fans for “forcing” their children to grow up too fast. TLC fans have made it clear they don’t care for the fact that the parents are so eager to kick their children out.
7 Little Johnstons Season 10 Premiere Date Confirmed By TLC
According toThe Futon Critic, Amber and Trent Johnston will continue doing the very thing that has left fans enraged. Here’s an official synopsis for the new season per the press release:
With Liz successfully moved out, Anna is eager to follow suit, but everyone wonders when Jonah will finally fly the coop. The family finds time to be together, even with some of their children out of the house. The Johnstons have gathered a group of children to go on a Florida vacation since COVID caused the cancellation of the Little People conference. The whole family attends, including Liz’s boyfriend, Brice, who fits right in, even though he is of average size. After celebrating their two-year wedding anniversary, the family is curious if Brice might soon become an official Johnston family member. Back home, the family celebrates Alex and Emma’s 16th birthday with a backyard luau. Trent and Amber are finding that life is becoming less hectic as the children get older. This is their chance to make things more enjoyable. Both parents switch things up in their professional lives, and they also consider adding a new member to the Johnston home – although it’s not what viewers might expect!”
