After 4 p.m. on Feb. 7, CCSU police arrested Jonathan Humphrey, 19, and Tristan M. Mitchell, 20, both of Simsbury for use and possession of drug paraphernalia. Humphrey was charged with possession of narcotics and Mitchell was charged with possession of a controlled substance or under 4 oz. of marijuana. Mitchell and Humphrey are scheduled to appear on March 3, and March 11, respectively.
Skyler Mitchell Silsdorf, 18, of Islip Terrace, N.Y., was arrested Feb. 5 for breach of peace in the second degree. He was scheduled to appear in court next on April 23 at New Britain Superior Court.
